1.  Pre-Qualification Letter From Your Lender

      * Assures you of the price range you are comfortable with purchasing your new home

      * Assures the seller you are financially able to purchase their home

2.  Earnest Money

      * Assures the seller you are serious about purchasing their home

3.  Purchase Agreement

      * Signed Purchase Agreement

      * All appropriate Addendums, if needed

      * Bill of Sale, if needed

      * Downpayment, if needed
